A Renton Highland’s Neighborhood

Summerwind is a community located in the Highlands area of Renton, Washington. The first home was built in 1987 and the neighborhood of 281 single family homes was completed in 1991. Each homeowner is automatically a voting member of the Summerwind Homeowners Association.

Here you’ll find many Summerwind resources, including Association Bylaws, CC&R’s, the ACC project application, and neighborhood contact information.

HOA Board of Directors meetings are every two months, Thursdays, 6:30 pm.

We have an open position on the Board of Directors; please attend a board meeting to find out more. If you haven’t volunteered for our HOA in the past now is the time to get involved on a committee.
