ACC Process and Forms

• Plan Your Project: Project applications and pre-approved material lists are listed on our community website.
  • Roofing Material Guidelines
• Submit Your Request/Plans to the ACC: Include material samples for non pre-approved items such as paint chip and drawings for landscape, etc.
  • ACC Application - General Projects
  • ACC Application - Painting Projects
• Receive ACC Approval: Usually takes 7 to 10 days. If the item is of an urgent matter, such as a leaking roof, contact the ACC and Property Manager to ensure a rapid response.
• Start Your Work! After your project is complete please return your Summerwind approved project signs. The signs are re-used with each new homeowner project, saving the Association money.
